The matcha offers a smooth profile with notes of earthiness complemented by a buttery character and a gentle, creamy texture. It’s especially well suited for everyday matcha drinks and milk-based preparations.

Ceremonial Matcha – Kagoshima, Japan

Our ceremonial matcha comes from a network of growers in southern Kagoshima, including producers such as Mr. Shimokubo and Mr. Ueno. The tea is crafted from cultivars including Yutakamidori, Saemidori, Asanoka, and Yabukita, which together create a refined and balanced flavor. The result is a vibrant matcha with a naturally smooth sweetness, a rich buttery body, and subtle hints of tropical fruit.
